Do you provide custom branding and OEM services?
Yes. We offer end-to-end OEM and ODM services, including industrial design, flavor development, packaging artwork, and regulatory documentation. Our team works with you from concept to mass production under strict NDA and quality agreements.
Which certifications and compliance standards do your products meet?
VapeTech products are manufactured under ISO 9001 and GMP conditions and can be certified to CE, RoHS, FCC, and TPD/UKCA requirements depending on your target market. Compliance certificates and test reports are available in the Download Center.
How long does shipping and delivery usually take?
Sample orders ship within 3–5 business days. Bulk production lead time is typically 15–30 days after order confirmation, depending on customization and volume. We partner with global freight forwarders for air, sea, and express door-to-door delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C) for large orders, and secure escrow options for first-time buyers. Our sales team will provide a proforma invoice with detailed payment instructions upon quote confirmation.
How should I store and handle e-cigarette products?

Warranty policy
VapeTech Industries stands behind the quality of every device we manufacture. All hardware products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
For warranty claims or service requests, please contact our support team through any channel below and include your order reference number.
- Warranty covers battery, chipset, and structural defects not caused by misuse.
- Consumables such as pods, coils, and e-liquids are excluded from hardware warranty.
- Claims require proof of purchase and a short diagnostic video or photos.
- Defective units will be repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion.
